A 50% deposit is required on all reservations.Remaining 50% + taxes are due at check-in.

Change of Booking
Guests are responsible for original length of reservation. If reservation is shortened prior to arrival, booking will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
Reservations terminated before departure date will be charged for the full reservation time.
Year to Year Bookings
Deposit for the following year must be received no later than MARCH 1st or booking will be cancelled.
• Weekly bookings only during regular season. Minimum 2 night stay in off-season. Minimum 3 night stay on all long weekends.
• If you are arriving after OFFICE HOURS, please call the office before closing to make arrangements with the front desk.
• Office Hours: Mon – Sun 9:00am – 8:00pm
Labour Day – Thanksgiving: Sun – Thu 9:00am – 6:00pm, Fri – Sat 9:00am – 8:00pm
• Pool Hours: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Quiet Hour: 11:00 pm
• All units have satellite TV and private BBQ’S
• All units are NO SMOKING – NO PETS
• No open fires permitted
• No tents or campers permitted on property
• NO PETS permitted in or around ANY CABINS.
• Kitchens are stocked with basic necessities; please bring any specialty items you may require.
* ITEMS YOU MAY WANT TO BRING : FANS, BBQ UTENSILS, OVEN MITTS, COOKIE SHEETS, WINE GLASSES
• Firewood is PROHIBITED in fireplaces / wood stove – please bring you own clean burn” “fire logs or purchase at office.
